Ingredients You Will Need
Ground Chicken: Ground chicken is a lean, versatile protein that helps absorb the flavors of the seasoning and sauce easily, making it a good choice for this salad.
Red Onion: Red onion adds a crunchy texture and bold flavor, elevating salads with its zesty kick.
Buffalo Sauce: Is a hot sauce enhanced with ingredients to make it richer and smoother than regular hot sauce. Noble Made is hands down my favorite buffalo sauce and it's also dairy-free. I love that it is sugar free, whole30 approved and you get to choose your own heat level.
Nutritional Yeast: Different from regular yeast, nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor to dishes without the need for dairy, making it a popular choice in vegan or dairy-free recipes.
Salt: Elevates the overall flavor of any dish. Always salt in moderation in accordance with your dietary preferences.
Avocado Oil: Avocado oil is extracted from the pulp of the avocado. It is delicious and nutritious and easy to use.
Lettuce: Romaine lettuce has the best of both worlds having some crispy and tender green leaves all in one head making it perfect for chopping up for most any salad.
Carrot Sticks: Carrot sticks are carrots that have been peeled, washed and precut for you and they add a natural sweetness to your dish.
Celery: CeIery is a nutrient rich, low calorie food that has fiber and vitamin K, small amounts of A and C, calcium and iron. It is a nice crunchy addition to this salad.
Cherry Tomatoes: These sweet and juicy little flavor bombs brings a burst of freshness to anything you use them in.
Ranch Dressing: You can use your favorite ranch dressing or make my favorite Creamy Dill Dressing for this salad.

These Buffalo Chicken Burger Bowls store well in the refrigerator for 5-6 days when placed in a glass container. I would recommend storing the meat separate from the salad and don’t dress the salad till you are ready to eat it to prevent the lettuce from wilting.
