Summer Slaw

Say aloha to your new favorite salad - Summer Slaw! This island broccoli slaw with crunchy macadamia nuts, sweet pineapple, yellow kiwi and the most delicious tangy dressing is just what your summer barbecues are screaming for! This is the best make ahead salad too as it's even better the next day! I cannot wait for you all to try this one!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Broccoli Slaw prepackaged
  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple diced
  • 2 pieces Celery diced
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 Kiwi peeled & diced, I like sun gold
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts raw
  • Dressing:
  • ½ cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Forager Project Dairy-Free Sour Cream Alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well
  • Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss well
  • Enjoy!
